Leaders Credit Union, a member-owned financial cooperative in West Tenn.- celebrates 65 years of service by hosting Leaders Day at Discovery Park of America on September 24. All members are invited and encouraged to pick up a free voucher at their local branch to join Leaders for a fun day in Union City.
“Leaders Day at DPA is an event we are excited to host,” said Leigh Anne Bentley, Chief Marketing Officer of Leaders Credit Union. “We have the chance to celebrate Leaders 65 years of service with members from all of our various markets in one place.”
Leaders Credit Union members will have free access to Discovery Park of America on Saturday the 24 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday will include events such as the Southern Heritage Arts & Crafts Festival and the First Amendment Festival. The First Amendment Festival hosts a Conversation with Bret Baier 3:00-4:15 p.m. and music from the Gatlin Brothers 4:30-6:00 p.m.
Every voucher offers free admission and all-day access for two people attending Leaders Day at Discovery Park of America in Union City. For entry on the day of the event, present the voucher at the admission counter upon arrival. From there, members are invited to stay and enjoy the park until it closes at 6:00 p.m. that evening.
In the days leading up to Leaders Day at Discovery Park, members have the chance to enter in a giveaway when they come to pick up their Leaders Day vouchers. Each day of the week, there will be a different giveaway location. The giveaway winner will be drawn at the end of each day and receive a 65th-anniversary prize package.

“I hope to see members come out to celebrate with us as we go into our 66th year of service,” said Bentley. “It is going to be a full week of celebration leading up to Leaders Day, where the celebration will only continue.”
Leaders Credit Union’s financial champions will have a table set up to greet members and give out gifts on Saturday for those able to attend.
