Jamie Dawson Joins as Newest Mortgage Loan Officer

West Tenn. (November 14, 2023) — Leaders Credit Union, a member-owned financial cooperative in West Tenn., is pleased to announce they have expanded their mortgage team in Fayette County by welcoming Jamie Dawson as new Mortgage Loan Originator in the market. 

“I am so excited to be joining Leaders Mortgage Services because of the exuberant passion of every member of the team to help others.  Every single member of this amazing group has a servant’s heart and it truly shows.  It is such an honor to be joining Leaders Mortgage,” Jamie Dawson said.

Dawson will cover Fayette County, Germantown, Arlington, Collierville, and Lakeland and will join Ken Olds, Kelly Jaunet Jones, Ronnie Smith, and Cindy Norman, and a full retail team in the Greater Memphis market. The Memphis branch, in Bartlett, is a full-service financial institution providing many banking solutions. Dawson will also be working with the rest of the Leaders Mortgage department, which includes 28 mortgage champions total, including 10 additional Mortgage Loan Originators and 16 additional processors, underwriters, operational staff, and leadership. 

Dawson has been in the industry for eight years after leaving a fourteen-year career in healthcare. Helping others has always been something she has been extremely passionate about, so helping others obtain homeownership is a dream come true for her. She believes in being there for her clients every step of the way by thoroughly explaining the process and being available to answer questions at any time.

She serves on the board of advisors for the Fayette County Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse and on the board of trustees for Fayette Academy in Somerville, TN. In addition, she is an Ambassador for the American Heart Association and Make-A-Wish and she graduated from the Leadership Fayette Class of 2023. In her spare time, she loves traveling with her husband and two sons, being involved in the communities she serves, and watching college football.
