 JACKSON, Tenn. (February 4, 2025) – Leaders Credit Union, a member-owned financial cooperative, added three new members to their advisory boards and kicked off the year with an all board social and tour of the credit union’s E-branch or contact center. The advisory boards serve to provide insight into current trends and the needs of members. To be a board member, they are required to serve a two-year term and be involved in their local community. The Cornerstone Board represents young professionals in Jackson and West Tennessee, the Memphis Board represents a cross-section of the Greater Memphis community, and the Northwest Community Board represents the communities of Milan, Union City, Dyersburg, and their surrounding areas.

The newest member of the Cornerstone board is Bryton Wallace. Bryton currently works as the Director of Videography for B3 Creative Agency. He will be joining the current members of the Cornerstone Board:

  • Cassidy Spencer: YMCA Memphis/Midsouth
  • Kenneth Cummings: City of Jackson, TN
  • Anthony Kirk: Turntable Coffee Counter
  • Henry Kilpatrick: Jackson State Community College
  • Mark J. Cancia: United Way of West Tennessee
  • Ebony Black: Memphis Shelby County Airport Authority
  • Madelyn Hefner: Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse

Cecily Freeman, Executive Director of Jackson State Foundation, is the newest addition to the Memphis Board. She will be joining the following:

  • Kelly Price: VA Memphis
  • Blake Payne: Greater Memphis Chamber
  • Nicholas Thompson: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
  • Britan Crow: Aston Carter
  • Kesha Ivy: Junior Achievement of Memphis and Mid-South
  • Erica Smith: HHM Certified Public Accountants
  • Landon Twisdale: Weichert Realtors Benchmark

Grayson Chandler is an electrical engineer for the Tennessee Valley Authority. He will be serving on the Northwest Board, along with:

  • Samantha Simbeck: Discovery Park of America

  • Jennifer Easterday: Town & Country Realtors
  • Amy West: Dyersburg State Community College
